Conform morningstar.com, mega-listările inițiale (IPO) de la SpaceX și companiile unice din domeniul inteligenței artificiale vor influența atât piețele publice, cât și pe cele private, dar este esențial să ne păstrăm perspectiva asupra impactului lor.

Așa cum probabil ați auzit, „mega IPO”-urile ar putea să apară curând pe piața de acțiuni din SUA. SpaceX a depus, în mod confidențial, o cerere pentru o listare inițială de 75 de miliarde de dolari, evaluând compania la o sumă impresionantă de 1,75 trilioane de dolari. Printre așteptările de viitor se numără companiile din domeniul inteligenței artificiale, precum Anthropic, OpenAI și Databricks. Aceste IPO-uri sunt așteptate să depășească listările de succes anterioare, cum ar fi Saudi Aramco (2222), Facebook (acum Meta) și Alibaba.

Pentru unii, aceste IPO-uri viitoare reprezintă o extindere a accesului la companiile private, care a fost așteptată de mult timp. Pentru alții, includerea lor rapidă în indicii și fondurile care le urmăresc constituie o „supraîncărcare a investitorilor de retail cu o IPO supraevaluată”. Cu toate acestea, este important să păstrăm aceste IPO-uri în perspective corecte. Deși vor afecta atât piețele private, cât și pe cele publice, impactul nu ar trebui să fie exagerat.
