Noi investigații medicale gratuite pentru pacienți începând cu 1 iulie!

De la 1 Iulie, pacienții din România vor avea parte de vești bune și anume introducerea unor noi servicii medicale pe lista de gratuități. Serviciile de detartraj cu ultrasunete și periaj dentar vor fi decontate de stat, alături de alte examene radiologice și analize de sânge. Aceste schimbări au fost luate în considerare pentru a îmbunătăți accesul pacienților la serviciile medicale necesare. În prezent, în România există peste 3.300 de cabinete stomatologice în contract cu Casa de Asigurări. Plafonul lunar pentru fiecare medic va crește până la 6.000 de lei în mediul urban și 9.000 de lei în sate. În plus, lista investigațiilor imagistice gratuite se va extinde, oferind pacienților posibilitatea de a avea acces la mai multe servicii medicale necesare. O altă schimbare importantă ce va avea loc de la 1 iulie este obligativitatea medicilor de familie de a le face pacienților riscograme pentru a depista din timp afecțiunile cardio-vasculare, oncologice sau bolile psihice. De asemenea, începând cu aceeași dată, recoltarea probelor pentru analize se poate face și în confortul casei pacientului. Deși aceste schimbări sunt văzute ca un pas înainte pentru sistemul de sănătate, un medic de familie a declarat că există încă multe provocări în aplicarea acestora. Riscograma implică o hârtie în care pacientul completează factorii de risc ai săi, cum ar fi fumatul, obezitatea sau istoricul familial al unor boli importante precum bolile cardiovasculare, diabetul sau cancerele. Se pare că această adăugare poate crea probleme birocratice într-un sistem deja încărcat cu hârtii inutile. Pentru pacienți, aceste schimbări au reprezentat o veste bună, însă rămâne de văzut cum vor fi implementate în practică. Este important ca sistemul de sănătate să funcționeze eficient pentru a asigura accesul la îngrijirea medicală necesară tuturor pacienților.
