Dezvoltatorul imobiliar va construi un nou cartier rezidențial în Pitești, după aprobarea Comisiei Tehnice de Urbanism!

Un nou proiect imobiliareste analizat de Comisia Tehnica de Amenajare a Teritoriului si Urbanism din Primaria Pitesti. Proiectul vizeaza construirea unui cartier rezidential in zona Prelungirea Craiovei, langa benzinaria Lukoil si renumitul retailer Mathaus. Potrivit planului, dezvoltatorul intentioneaza sa construiasca mai multe cladiri de locuinte colective, blocuri de apartamente si garsoniere, cu o inaltime cuprinsa intre sapte si 12 etaje. De asemenea, se vor amenaja centre comerciale, locuri de joaca pentru copii, o scoala, o gradinita si cabinete medicale in cadrul cartierului. Aceasta initiativa atrage atentia Comisiei de Urbanism, care are rolul de a analiza proiectele imobiliare pentru a se asigura ca sunt respectate reglementarile si infrastructura existenta in zona. Potrivit reprezentantilor primariei, dezvoltarea acestui cartier rezidential va aduce numeroase beneficii pentru comunitate, precum noi locuri de munca si servicii de inalta calitate. Acesta este al doilea proiect imobiliar major analizat de Comisia Tehnica din Pitesti, dupa cel din zona Trivale, care a fost aprobat in luna aprilie. In urmatoarele saptamani, comisia va examina detaliat proiectul si va comunica hotararea finala in cadrul sedintelor publice.
